Cancellation Policy

We value your satisfaction and want you to have a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please include all accessories and the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Damaged or defective items can be returned immediately for a replacement or refund. Partial refunds may apply if the item has been used or packaging is damaged.

Exchanges are available within the same 30-day period, subject to availability. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team for instructions. Keep the original packaging to avoid delays in your return process. You can track the status of your return online once it is shipped back. All returns are inspected upon receipt before a refund is issued.
